Children's Museum

Oh how I wish Champaign-Urbana would get a wonderful children's museum like Bloomington-Normal.  What a great way to spend the morning with friends and tons & tons of really cool stuff to explore. Another nice reprieve from the cold, snowy winter we've had.  I can see this as a monthly adventure to see what areas we haven't yet discovered. Thanks Mihret and Ms. Julie for sharing this place with us!!

Random Cuteness

Got 2 new pair of shoes and checking them out, size 6.5 fits just right

Brrrr chilly but go to run some errands with mom and visit Daddy at the fire station (see previous blog post)

Morning routine has included pulling every book off the shelf and reading/flipping through, sometimes repeated in the afternoon

Happy Lunar New Year

Lunar New Year started back at the end of January (31st) but I failed to post these pics of Benjamin in his Hanbok. This celebration is observed in a number of Asian counties but primarily China and Korea.  It lasts 15 days and involves lots of food, fun, and family.  We were fortunate enough to hit 2 local celebrations with friends this year at our libraries and then had a very classy dinner of Ramen noodles and dumplings.  That's just how we roll at the Westhoff house!
